Driven Team Leader Production

As a team leader, you are responsible for the operational management of your team (5 persons) and ensure that the predefined production objectives are met.

You work with your team, both on the ovens and on the screens.

You are responsible for the planning of your team, prioritising & distributing the operational tasks, always taking into account the safety and quality regulations.

You ensure correct implementation of the work instructions and make adjustments where necessary through guidance and follow-up.

You efficiently coordinate and organise the activities within your team to flexibly respond to changing circumstances within the production process.

You work in 2 shifts (early shift from 6-14h and late shift from 14-22h).
