You manage the staff of our Technical Department and plan tasks efficiently in consultation with the Technical Department Manager.
You report to the Technical Department Manager in a structured way.
You think along with possible improvements on the work floor
You are constantly present on the floor and work with our welders and technicians.
You check incoming filters for defects.

PROFILE:

You have an A2 diploma in a technical direction.
You have experience in managing people.
You have strong communication skills and are a real team player.
You are good at keeping an overview and carrying out checks when necessary.
Hands-on mentality is second nature to you.
You have a forklift truck and overhead crane certificate.
You have an eye for order and tidiness and attach great importance to working safely.
You speak Dutch and/or English
Tig/mig experience required, knowledge of mechanics, plastics processing and piping is a plus.
