POSITION SUMMARY
As an entry level the Production Material Handler maintains the discharge of reactivated product movement from production to verification storage.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality
Reads production schedule, custom package specifications, product notes, safety data sheets.
Conveys materials and items from production areas to other designated react areas.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Records amounts of materials per package.
Prepares packages before putting into storage to ensure conformance to company standards.
Uses computer to enter records.
Drives material handling equipment to transport inventory.

Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection.
Contributes to division results and performance
Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
May perform other duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be able to communicate effectively to team members and management staff.
Must be able to read information through facility computer software.
Preferred: 6 months’ relevant work experience and forklift experience
