As a QESH Coordinator, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
Support all employees at the Roeselare sites to work with the highest attention to quality, the environment and safety.
Contribute to the implementation and further development of the quality, environmental, and safety policies and translate them into concrete measures.
Be present on the work floor to actively motivate employees and managers to adhere to these quality, safety, and environmental regulations, coaching them where necessary.
Assist in identifying any non-conformities, analyze them, and contribute to developing solutions.
Support the hierarchical line in preparing various risk analyses, reports for commissioning, instructions, internal emergency procedures, etc.

Who are you as our QESH Coordinator?
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in (bio)chemistry, and have (some) relevant work experience in a production environment. Do you have a level 2 prevention advisor diploma (or are you open to obtaining it in the future)? Great! If you also have an environmental coordinator B diploma, then you have an advantage! 😉
You convey your knowledge fluently in both Dutch and English, with knowledge of French as a plus.
Taking care of people and the environment is ingrained in your DNA, along with a healthy dose of drive.
You enjoy a balance between administrative tasks and challenges on the work floor.
You think in solutions and are hands-on, with a pragmatic no-nonsense approach.
You possess good organizational skills that allow you to bring structure to your work environment.
You are a dynamic, flexible, and communicative person with a sense of initiative and responsibility and enjoy working in a team.
