What do you do as Solution Architect ERP D365 at DESOTEC?
Are you ready to take charge of the bigger picture? We're looking for a seasoned professional to:
Maintain the overall solution architecture, ensuring all pieces fit seamlessly.
Collaborate with the business transformation team colleagues, key users, implementation partners, and other stakeholders
Challenge implementation partners to drive excellence.
Leverage strong project management skills to monitor scope and guide implementation.
Act as a coach, providing clear functional insights to the Management Team and mentoring a team of young professionals.
Bring a helicopter view and expertise in cross-topics like security and data migration.
Excel at understanding and optimizing business processes & requirements
Demonstrate deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with hands-on experience in implementations.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including production and logistics, is a strong advantage.

What does your team look like as Solution Architect ERP D365?
As Solution Architect ERP D365, you will join the Polestar Project Team, which includes an extensive Business Transformation Team, Key Users, and an external implementation team. You will report directly to the Business Transformation Team manager, who is also the ERP project manager.
Who are you as Solution Architect ERP D365?
You are a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader ready to deliver innovative ERP solutions!
You have in-depth expertise in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/SCM.
You bring a strong understanding of project management methodologies and have proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex ERP implementations.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills are exceptional, enabling you to tackle challenges effectively.
You excel at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders, bridging gaps and ensuring clarity.
You are skilled in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving success.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the Dynamics Power Platform and integration technologies (functional knowledge).
Experience with project management tools like Jira.
