Your responsibilities as our Business Analyst
As an internal consultant for business projects, the first one being the implementation of our new ERP software Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, these are your responsibilities:
You collaborate and align with different stakeholders (end & key users, management members, external partners, consultants, IT) to translate their needs into technical requirements, and to implement defined process workflows.
You evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance in collaboration with the controlling department
You guide and coach key-users of our new ERP software in testing, training and provide support to end-users.
You evaluate and monitor implemented solutions and recommend adjustments where needed.
What does your team look like as a Business Analyst?
You’ll become the 7th member of our close-knit, highly efficient and passionate SDBPI team (Strategic Digital Business Process Improvement), reporting directly to the CFO.
Who are you as our Business Analyst?
You have a Master's degree, or equivalent qualification gained through practical experience.
You possess strong analytical and mathematical skills, diving into details while maintaining a helicopter view.
You have at least a first working experience as a Business Analyst, Business Controller, Auditor, ERP Consultant, or related. Experience in a production environment is an asset.
Excel (and modelling within it) holds no secrets for you. Experience with JET Reports and Power BI is a plus.
You are critical but approach challenges pragmatically and problem-solving oriented.
You work meticulously, accurately, and with a structured approach.
You are resilient in the face of change and meet deadlines.
You possess proven people and communication skills to foster collaboration within the project team and stakeholders.
