DESOTEC U.S. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our world-class sales team

Why are we looking for a new Inside Sales Representative?
DESOTEC is Europe’s leading provider of mobile filtration solutions. Our broad range of solutions enable customers to comply with environmental regulations and sustainability requirements through a unique and innovative closed-loop, “Filtration-as-a-Service” rental solution.
Since its inception in 1990, DESOTEC has pioneered the market for mobile filters, achieving exponential growth across its five key application fields of air emissions, biogas, chemicals, remediation, and wastewater.
We are now growing our U.S. Operation with solutions for the growing filtration demands in North America, leveraging our European expertise, and are targeting further exponential growth in a market which has enormous potential for our applications. Customer Service Representatives are therefore more than welcome!
As an Inside Sales Representative at DESOTEC, you will be trusted to...
- be the first line contact person for our (potential) B2B customers in the U.S., both in speaking and in writing,
- handle new (commercial) requests and to create quotations,
- create orders in our ERP package (Navision - from 2024 we will switch to Microsoft Dynamics),
- follow up on customers and prospects via our CRM system (Salesforce),
- work with our Sales Engineers by providing administrative and commercial support.
Who are you as an Inside Sales Representative at DESOTEC?
- You have a bachelor's degree,
- You speak and write English fluently. Additional language skills (e.g. Spanish) are considered a plus.
- You have experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- You have strong commercial, administrative and organizational skills.
- You have a healthy interest in all things technical and sustainable. 🌳

DESOTEC's sustainable mobile filtration solutions based on activated carbon are deployed for the treatment of Air Emissions, Wastewater, Remediation, Chemicals and Biogas. Through a rental model, our filters are distributed to production companies globally. Once the filter is saturated, it is replaced, and the spent carbon sent for recycling & re-use. That is how we unburden our customers of the administrative, moral, logistical and ecological consequences of their purification needs. The result: they can focus 100% on what really counts - sustainable production.
