Why are we looking for a Warehouse Operator?
As part of our strong growth, we are seeking an experienced warehouse operator/forklift driver for daytime shifts.

What do you do as a Warehouse Operator at DESOTEC?
Filter Filling:
You will collect goods from the loading area/shelves (big bags) and place them at the correct filling stations.
You, along with your team, are responsible for correctly operating the filling station and filling the large filters with impregnated activated carbon. Communication and teamwork are important here!
You will handle the necessary administrative follow-up.
Impregnation:
Based on the Impregnation schedule, you will retrieve the correct goods from the loading zone and place them in the impregnation area.
You will operate the impregnation machine: setting up the lift, selecting the program, and entering the density class.
The buffer silo will be filled with activated carbon, after which you will package the impregnated carbon into big bags and label them. Subsequently, these will be placed on shelves with the forklift.
What does your team look like as a Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver?
As a warehouse operator/forklift driver, you will join a team of fantastic colleagues in Roeselare. This team consists of forklift drivers and impregnators. You report to the Warehouse Manager.
Who are you as a Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver?
You hold an external forklift certificate and are proficient in operating a forklift.
You enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and are not afraid of heights.
You are not deterred by a dusty environment.
You have an eye for order and cleanliness and place great importance on safety.
You speak Dutch and/or English.
