What do you do as Warehouse worker/ Tester at DESOTEC?
Filter Testing and Quality Control: You perform precise quality checks on large filters filled by you or your colleagues. Depending on the filter type and application, you follow specific procedures. A positive check allows you to give the final “go,” ensuring the filter is ready to be shipped to the customer.
Repairs: If you detect a leak or irregularity, you repair it independently. For more significant damage, you can rely on our technical department.
Work Environment: You will always work outdoors, even in less favorable weather conditions, such as cold and rain.
Technical Skills: You are handy, enjoy tinkering, and find technical solutions.
Comfort with Heights: Working at height is not an issue for you.
Flexibility: Depending on current needs, you either fill filters with activated carbon or conduct quality inspections.
Who are you as a Warehouse Operator/Tester?
Forklift Skills: You hold a forklift certificate and operate it effortlessly.
Technical Experience: Tools like bolts, nuts, wrenches, drills, and grinders are second nature to you.
Welding Skills: If you don’t have welding experience, you’re willing to learn.
Communication: You communicate fluently with colleagues from various departments and external drivers in both Dutch and English.
Administrative Skills: Tasks like taking photos, uploading them to dossiers, filling out reports, and printing labels are no problem for you. A tablet is provided for this.
Multitasking: Overlapping assignments don’t stress you out—you maintain a clear overview.
Outdoor Work: You enjoy working outside (though you can work indoors when it rains) and are physically fit.
Order and Safety: You prioritize cleanliness, order, and safe work practices.
