As a B2B Sales Manager - Sweden/Norway, you’ll get the following tasks/responsibilities:
You are responsible for the sale of technically challenging projects in the field of air and water treatment as well as in process applications, including biogas.
You are a true sales developer: you help to expand the customer base in your assigned region by actively approaching the relevant industrial stakeholders. For this purpose, you also participate in international trade fairs several times a year.
Social selling tools have no secrets for you. You have no hurdle connecting with the market, creating and generating awareness through the use of social media.
As Desotec is a market maker, you are able to identify relevant leads, get meetings and trigger prospect’s interest to go into more technical discussions with yourself or one of your specialist colleagues.
You provide technical and commercial solutions to customers at all levels: purchasing, process engineering, plant management), with appropriate follow-up.
You create offers and handle new requests.
You are in close contact with your international colleagues to share best practices and expand key accounts.

Who are you as a B2B Sales Manager - Sweden/Norway?
You are a proactive, commercially driven and analytically strong (bio-)chemical or environmental engineer.
You have excellent communication skills in English en Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You're also able to communicate fluently in Norwegian.
You live in Sweden (ideally close to the Sweden-Norway border) and are willing to travel extensively to Norway (as you like both national and international travelling).
You preferably have several years of work experience in a related field: biogas, chemistry, water treatment, soil remediation, environmental techniques...
You have a professional social (digital) network helping you to enhance awareness immediately.
You like to work independently and cold calling is your second nature.
You work from home and are open to come to our HQ in Roeselare a few times every year.
