As a Manufacturing Process Operator, you will:

• Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

• Read and follow documented processes

• Check on equipment throughout the shift to ensure equipment is working properly

• Load and unload deliveries to and from regional branches

• Operate computer to enter necessary documentation

• Make and monitor adjustments in plant via control systems

• Maintain inspection and inventory of operation tools

• Contributes to division results and performance

Who are you as a Manufacturing Process Operator?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Minimum three years of experience in an industrial setting

• Must be licensed forklift driver or able to obtain forklift certification at time of hire 

• Must understand process flow of carbon/reactivation process

Physical and other Requirements for this position include:

Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.

 Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis. 

 Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 

 Must be able to climb and descend stairs. 

 Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.

 Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing. 

 May work indoors and outdoors as needed. Exposure to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 20 degrees. 

 Must be able to work in confined spaces occasionally

 May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required. 

 May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt. 

 Work surfaces may include concrete and elevated surfaces

 Employee must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
