Assemblers and Laborers needed for Fabrication Shop in Red Bluff California!

Tasks and Responsibilities for Assemblers:

• Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality  

• Read and follow documented processes 

• Follow all safety procedures. (loto confined space etc) 

• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment 

• Performs hydro testing on pressure vessels  

• Operates a scissor lift at heights up to 20 feet 

• Operates hand tools and power tools including but not limited to: drill press, shear, bandsaw, impact driver, and pumps  

• Must complete site specific safety training and operator training 

• Ability to communicate clearly to team members  

Who are you as a Laborer / Assembler?

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• No Work Experience needed but former experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment highly desirable

• Must be licensed forklift driver or able to obtain forklift certification at time of hire 

• Mechanically inclined

• Willingness to learn new things

Physical and other Requirements for this position include:

Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.

 Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis. 

 Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 

 Must be able to climb and descend stairs. 

 Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an occasional basis.

 Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing. 

 May work indoors and outdoors as needed. Exposure to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 20 degrees. 

 Must be able to work in confined spaces occasionally

 May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required. 

 May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt. 

 Work surfaces may include concrete and elevated surfaces

 Employee must be able to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
