What are we looking for in a Process Operator

We are looking for an Entry level role that is working in a plant/factory.  Performs a series of operations or tasks under close supervision, utilizing documented work processes.

As a Process Operator, you will:

• Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality

• Check on equipment throughout shift to ensure equipment is working properly

• Label and sort spent carbon to remain in compliance

• Contributes to division results and performance

• Takes care of internal and external customer needs and expectations

• Follow all safety procedures (loto, confined space etc)

• Complete monthly safety training and safety observations

• Verify documents match received goods

• Operate equipment specific to area such as valving, tankers

• Operates forklift to move materials through plant, load/unload trucks; and dump spent carbon

Who are you as a Process Operator  

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required

• Must complete site specific safety training

• Ability to communicate clearly to team members

• Be able to follow and read instructions

• Have basic math and organizational skills

• Be able to obtain forklift certification

• Be able to complete 40 hour hazardous waste operations training

• Ability to utilize computer systems for shipping and receiving
