Implementation of BREF WGC in Dutch practice
The deadline for implementing BREF WGC is December 2026 at the latest. Introduction to BREF WGC legislation: scope of application, including sectors and volumes, a general overview of channelled emission limits and the practical consequences compared with other BREFs. How is implementation taking place in the Netherlands, including the WGC implementation note and other obligations such as the minimisation obligation for substances of very high concern, including the Avoidance and Reduction Programme for such substances?
