The deadline for implementing BREF WGC is 12 December 2026 at the latest. Introduction to BREF WGC legislation: scope of application, including sectors and volumes, a general overview of channelled emission limits and the practical consequences compared with other BREFs. How is implementation taking place in Flanders, with the transposition of the BAT conclusions into the sectoral conditions of Chapter 3.19 of VLAREM III and the possible introduction of specific environmental conditions in the environmental permit?
