DESOTEC acquires Environ Consultants’ mobile filtration solutions business

Europe’s leading provider of mobile filtration solutions, DESOTEC, today announced it has acquired the mobile gas filtration business of UK-based Environ Consultants. This transaction builds on a successful and long-standing 15-year relationship between the two companies, paving the way for a natural transition.
Since its inception in 1990, DESOTEC has pioneered the market for mobile filters, achieving exponential growth across its five key application fields of air emissions, chemicals, remediation, wastewater, and biogas. Its unique and innovative filter rental offering, combined with clear sustainable values, have enabled the company to expand into new regions and earn a name as the leading solution provider in Europe’s growing biogas market. The acquisition will further accelerate its growth trajectory with a focus on the UK and Ireland, whilst supporting the business’s sustainability ethos.
