As B2B Client Acquisition Manager in Poland, you’ll get the following tasks/responsibilities: 

  • New Business Development: As a Sales Hunter, your primary focus will be to generate, create, manage, and develop new business opportunities within our strategic target markets. 

  • Technical and Commercial Solutions: Provide technical and commercial solution support to prospects, leveraging the expertise of our in-house application specialists. You'll tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of potential clients. 

  • Opportunity Management: Actively track and manage opportunities through our sales-oriented CRM system. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects at various levels, including purchasing, process engineering, and plant management. 

  • Frequent Travel: Be prepared for regular travel within your assigned region, which may include overnight stays. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Belgium may be required. 

  • On-site Engagement: Spend a significant portion of your time on the road (~3 days per week), engaging with prospects and customers, consistently building and nurturing relationships. 

  • Quotation Management: Ask internal sales to prepare offers, and present them to prospects, and handle incoming requests promptly and efficiently (also in collaboration with internal sales). 

What does your team look like as a B2B Client Acquisition Manager in Poland? 

You’ll become part of our international sales team consisting of more than 50 members. You’ll be working closely with our other Client Acquisition Manager in Poland, who will also be your mentor/go-to-person. You’ll report to the Regional Business Director (who is based in Belgium).  

Who are you as a B2B Client Acquisition Manager in Poland? 

  • You live in Pomerania, Poland (Województwo pomorskie) – or are willing to relocate. 

  • You want to learn all about new client acquisition and about sales of technical (environmental) solutions. You will be mentored by our experienced Client Acquisition Manager in Poland. 

  • You have a technical background, with an education related to environmental or chemical engineering.  

  • You are communicative and have an international mindset

  • You are willing to travel frequently, with flexibility for overnight stays. 

  • Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
